CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our cancellation policy requires more than 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours requires 50% of the treatment cost to be paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice requires 100% of the treatment cost to be paid. Rebooking will be unavailable until the cancellation charge is paid. No shows are treated as cancellations.

 

Lateness

 Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late there is a possibility we will not have time to complete your treatment. If your treatment is cancelled due to lateness you will be subject to paying 100% of the treatment cost.
